Meet The Team

Rhyannon Bowles Physio/Director

Rhyannon graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Newcastle in 2017. Over ten years ago, she made the move to Port Macquarie with her partner, James, and has since built both her career and life in the region.

Throughout her career, Rhyannon has gained experience across a range of settings, including hospitals, sports teams, and community clinics. Her primary focus and clinical interest lie in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She is committed to ongoing learning and professional development, with a particular passion for supporting and strengthening the skills of clinicians working in regional areas. Rhyannon has also contributed to education through her previous role as an Associate Lecturer with the University of Newcastle in Port Macquarie.

Outside of work, she enjoys an active and creative lifestyle. You’ll often find her playing sport, heading out for a run, getting stuck into a DIY or craft project, or spending time at the beach with James and their Australian Shepherds, Banjo and Scarlett.

Rhyannon has an unwavering dedication to her profession and is passionate about providing high-quality care to all of her patients.

Meet Rhyannon, a Tasmanian native whose involvement in sport, including representing her state in hockey, sparked her interest in the human body and led her to pursue physiotherapy.

Emma has called Port Macquarie home for the past 18 years. Originally from the Clarence Valley, she’s a country girl at heart who also loves living by the coast.

With a strong passion for orthopaedics and musculoskeletal injuries, Emma has spent most of her career working in acute care, including extensive experience in the Emergency Department. Working in ED has given her strong clinical skills in assessing and managing acute injuries, making confident decisions, and identifying more serious conditions early.

She is committed to delivering personalised, high-quality care, with a focus on tailored rehabilitation. Her approach is practical and goal-focused, combining hands-on treatment, exercise, and clear guidance to help you get back to the things you enjoy.

We’re excited to have Emma join our team, and she looks forward to welcoming you into the clinic.
